Carol Frohlinger is a co-founder of Negotiating Women, Inc, a company that provides negotiation and leadership training and coaching for women and consulting services for their organizations. A co-author of Her Place at the Table: A Woman’s Guide to Negotiating Five Key Challenges to Leadership Success, Carol is an expert on how negotiation skills can help women to advance in business. She holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.

Her dissertation study examines the motivational strategies for learning utilized by economically disadvantaged learners within a community college environment. Ms. Singleton has a Master of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems.

Through Working with Wisdom® talks, workshops, retreat programs, teleseminars and coaching, she inspires business people to use universal principles—like the Law of Attraction, Visualization, Affirmations and Gratitude—to achieve their goals.

Kristina Leonardi

Kristina Leonardi is the Founder and Executive Director of The Women's Mosaic, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing education, inspiration and motivation for women to express their full power and potential in the world. As a speaker and seminar leader, she provides a practical framework for each attendee to make the most of their personal and professional lives, allowing them to recognize, connect to, and fulfill their role in the world at large. Kristina has a B.A. degree in International Relations from Boston University, and has taught extensively for New York University's Center for Hospitality, Travel and Tourism and the Center for Career, Education and Life Planning and was recently featured as a guest on the all-women owned radio network, Greenstone Media. She was listed as one of Hispanic Magazines Top Latinas of 2004 and is currently the Tango Diva 2007 Diva Visionary Award winner.
