THE POSITION: The Sales Consultant position is responsible for prospecting for new business, consulting with business owners on how they are handling their HR challenges today to see if Administaff may be a fit for their company and then closing the sale. Our territories are open, protected through use of a contact management system, enabling each and every Consultant to continue networking within their existing network with the support of a large company - no boundaries !! At least 5-7 years successful outside sales experience selling B2B.
