Positions Available:
1. Category Manager
Assist the Corporate or Business Unit Account Team and Senior Category Managers in implementing category management initiatives including space planning, efficient assortments, price/promotional analysis and merchandising programs demonstrating to our customers Coca-Cola’s ability to manage the category. Perform comprehensive analysis and interpretation of customer beverage category performance and provide qualitative and quantitative assessments to Business Unit management, Key Account management and Retailer management. Provide value-added analysis, opportunity identification and interpretation of sales results for the customer. Develop reports, analyze, and forecast sales by brand, item, and by market for local customers. Identify where to gather the data, summarize the data, support the data for accuracy and incorporate feedback for improved initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/related field or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum 2 years CPG Industry requi red.Minimum 1 year Category Management required. Minimum 3 year sales or financial analyst experience required. Sales experience preferred. Solid presentation and other communication skills. Intermediate to advanced skills in technology/software applications such as Spectra, Scarborough, CAN or IRI Scan/Panel as well as Microsoft Office products- Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Account Executive II
Work with integrated account team to manage key aspects of the business relationship with multiple customers. Develops and implements Annual Business Plans which support business objectives. Acts as system-wide expert on strategy, business systems, and operating philosophy of assigned customer(s). Ensures flawless execution of programs throughout the system.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related background required. Master's degree preferred. Seven to ten years of progressive responsibility with account management in large consumer goods organization. Complex selling knowledge with proven ability to create and sell-in customer specific promotional programs & key initiatives. Knowledge of bottler and fountain environment and systems and business development planning experience. Proven ability to manage needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various business systems.
Account Executive I
Responsible for identifying opportunities within large chain customers or channels. Territories typically are expanded beyond a local base to include more than one CCE Business Units, as well as other Coca-Cola bottling ownership groups. Maximize profitable sales opportunities by thoroughly understanding the complexities of the channel or customer’s business and building enduring relationships based on trust and integrity with that customer’s senior management team. Develop and successfully sell customer plans that include annual CMA’s, strategic and tactical pricing plans and promotional plans that align with and support the customer’s and the Coca-Cola systems business objectives and strategies.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma required. 3-5 years in consumer goods industry. Minimum of 2 years in sales/marketing and major account management. Experience working with Neilsen and other syndicated data. Experience in developing successful annual business plans and price/package for retail customers. Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills are a must. Above average computer skills. 2 years in the Coca-Cola system preferred. Working knowledge of CTM/CMA/channel pricing systems desirable.
Experience using UFP and KAEP’s preferred.
Business Process Consultant
Responsible for understanding of the existing business processes, transforming those processes into a consistent process, and gaining alignment to implement those processes. This position will also be responsible for implementing standard process required by our customers.
Business Services Team Lead
Manages a group of 10 direct associates, and 11 indirect associates who supports the National Sales team with the activation of customer approved programs (equipment installation, initial product delivery, promotional activities,..) across the bottling system. Manager is responsible to the customer and account teams for the satisfactory implementation of customer programs. Manager has overall department responsibility for managing multiple concurrent projects that ensure the bottling system activates the programs and for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Systems Supply Chain Manager
Directly responsible for the strategic development and validation of NABU Direct and Indirect Transactional Procurement process & project implementations for the Direct Procurement process, including Supplier EDI enablement, in North America, insuring that CCE Transactional Procurement is best in class.

(Corporate) Minimum Requirements
5-10 years experience in a senior financial management role. Prefer experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting. Minimum Education/Certifications
BS/BBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. MBA, preferably with finance concentration. MAC, CPA, CFA, or other relevant advanced degree a plus
