BECOME A MORGAN STANLEY "Team Associate”

Morgan Stanley’s Team Associate Program offers a structured approach for the driven individual who has the desire to become a Morgan Stanley Financial Advisor. Our training program includes investment strategy focused modules and partners you with a thriving team of successful Financial Advisors. This enables you to learn the fundamentals of wealth management while continuing to learn and contribute to the growing success of the team’s practice. Throughout the course of the training program, you will be focused on expanding an existing clientele while being challenged to develop new client relationships as well.

The Team Associate Program incorporates a structured training program that is sequential and tiered during the first two years.

The first year will be dedicated to foundational client development activities and preparation to obtain regulatory Financial Advisor licensing.

The second-year curriculum is comprised of rotational modules focused on the various Morgan Stanley’s product and service offerings. The training is facilitated by Firm product experts and reinforced in a practical and applied setting which involves working directly with a designated portion of your team’s existing clientele.

As you become versed in these investment solution strategies, you are able to provide clients with a valuable service by helping clients broaden their portfolio and by helping them achieve better return potential on their investments. In addition to offering world class service to clients, you will gain real-world experience which serves to encourage your success as well as the success of your team.

You will have access and exposure to the Morgan Stanley target market. We offer competitive compensation including base salary commensurate with previous experience, and an opportunity to earn additional variable income that increases with performance.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience

· Desire and ability to work as part of a Financial Advisor team

· Competitive and results oriented

· Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships

· Interest in Financial Markets and Investments

· Excellent problem solving, networking, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

· MBA is highly valued

Other Qualifications Candidates must:
