*Language Assistance Fiber Customer Support Analyst:

Language Assistance Fiber Customer Support Analyst serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries concerning their voice, and data services.

Duties of this position include:

Providing activation support
Creating trouble reports
Analyzing and isolating trouble conditions
Providing customers with order status
Initiating service order corrections and changes.

Hourly wage range: $11.32 - $22.64

Testing Required - Results obtained in standard tests for this position must meet minimum requirements established by the Company.
