Positions Available:
Sales Consultant - The Sales Consultant is responsible for prospecting for new business, consulting with business owners on how they are handling their HR challenges today to see if Administaff may be a fit for their company and then closing the sale. Our territories are open, protected through use of a contact management system, enabling each and every Consultant to continue networking within their existing network with the support of a large company - no boundaries!! The compensation package has 4 components - a solid base salary, new enrollment bonuses, uncapped residuals, and a monthly expense allowance....the uncapped bonuses and residuals allow unlimited income on all existing accounts for as long as they remain an Administaff client - no limits!!
HR Specialist - In this fast paced rewarding career, you will be responsible for the delivery of customized HR solutions for an assigned client. You must have at least 5 years of HR generalist experience with a focus on employee relations. A customer focus and ability to thrive within a team environment are a must. A bachelor’s degree and PHR or SPHR certification are preferred but not required.
Performance Consultant - In this fast paced rewarding career, you will be responsible for providing performance improvement consulting services to assist management and teams in achievement of business goals. Recommend appropriate performance improvement interventions that are systemic, business-driven, and customer focused. Our ideal candidate must have 7-10 years of training and performance improvement experience including experience in design of curriculum and seminar programs is required. Bachelor degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
Sr. Conversion Analyst - In this position you will be responsible for transitioning/converting qualified plans to Administaff’s 401(k) platform by establishing timelines for plan setups and develop project plans for transferring plan assets. Strong aptitude for analyzing data, reconciling participant records, and proposing creative solutions within the established guidelines for resolving assets transfer issues. A solid understanding of qualified plans, including ERISA, and strong aptitude for analyzing data, reconciling participant records, and proposing creative solutions within the established guidelines for resolving assets transfer issues is a must. 7 years in the retirement industry and 3 of those years specifically related to plan implementations and conversions is a must. Leadership skills and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
Product Manager - In this position you will act as a liaison with internal departments such as IT, payroll, and outside vendors while supporting both systems and our financial product need. You will be responsible for mapping an installation strategy and performing tactical implementations of Retirement Services systems. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good organization skills and analytical skills. 3 years experience working with OmniPlus is required and 5+ years is preferred. OmniScript experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
EEO Compliance Specialist – In this position you be responsible for handling all EEO claims in the central region. Our ideal candidates will have 7-10 years of experience in handling EEO charges, possess strong investigation skills and work independently. A Master’s degree is preferred and some travel is required.
Payroll Specialist - 400+ employee payroll processing in a Multi-state territory. Minimum 2 years current experience as Payroll Specialist. Knowledge of rules and regulations for payroll such as FLSA (Fair Labor Standard Act) is required
Financial Analyst - Experience with budgeting and forecasting
1-2 years minimum as Financial Analyst.
Degree in Accounting/Finance. Recent grads will be considered.
Data Entry Coordinator - Full Time and Temporary position available. Minimum 6500 ksph with few errors.
Technical Sales Professional – Position is with Administaff Houston area client in the Wireless Technology industry. The primary responsibility is to sell technology and outsourcing business solutions to new clients, while maintaining opportunistic relationships with exiting clients. The successful applicant will have solid knowledge of the complete sales cycle including: Lead generation, Account development through building relationships, Concisely communicating our value proposition, Delivering effective sales presentations, Building profitable pricing models, Strong closing technique, both over the phone and in person, Account maintenance/post sale follow up, and Proven track record of establishing and maintaining client relationships.
Media Account Executive - Position is with Administaff client in the Houston area which is a Spanish-language broadcaster providing the best in family-oriented and educational programming. You will have the opportunity to develop a new book of business including local retail businesses and advertising agencies. In addition, you will have a chance to implement creative marketing strategies and perform customer needs analysis on a daily basis. Major Qualifications include: 2+ years previous successful media sales experience, Experience with national or local media sales, media planning and/or media buying a major plus, and must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Sales Representative - Position is with Administaff client with offices in both the Houston and Dallas areas. Client is an online automobile dealer whose trained professionals have more than seven years experience as eBay Motors sellers and Power Sellers as well as more than 20 years in automotive sales management and auto remarketing experience. We are currently seeking to hire an Outside Sales Representative for the Dallas area and one for the Houston area. The successful candidate will sell automotive corporate services to automotive businesses, Automotive Franchise Dealership establishments, Independent Dealerships or individuals over the telephone and in person.
IT - Our Corporate IT department has multiple It positions available, to be based in our Kingwood, TX corporate office. We also have several IT positions available with clients throughout the Houston area.
