Positions Available:

Shift Manager
Avis Budget Group currently has management openings at several Southern California locations. We're looking for motivated, enthusiastic and outgoing managers who are ready to put their skills to the test.

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of mgmt experience, preferable in a customer service driven environment, possess the ability to motivate and direct their workforce and demonstrate great communication and organizational skills. An Associate’/Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent work experience are also required.

Human Resources Representative
Avis Budget Group a global leader in the travel services industry is seeking a full-time Human Resources Representative to work at our Los Angeles, CA location. This generalist position will support our Southern California Operations and work with both union/non-union employees, partner with all levels of management and deliver business-focused HR solutions throughout an assigned territory.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year of Human Resources experience in a generalist role. Successful candidates will have experience working and supporting large non-exempt and management employees, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
