Job Titles and Descriptions:

Contracts Supervisor – Aerospace - Moorpark, CA
The Contracts Supervisor oversees several Contracts Coordinator Specialists who enter and maintain contractual commitments in the sales order system and who interact with customers by communicating via mail, telephone, or personally with the customer or company employee. Aerospace or Defense industry background a must. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Appropriate Master’s would be a plus.

Electrical Engineers – Various CST Locations
Must have knowledge of analog circuits (amplifiers, passive/ active filters, power supplies, resistive sensors, capacitive sensors, inductive sensors), digital circuits (switches, combinational logic, flip-flops, counters, shift registers, PLLD’s), and micro-controllers circuits (hardware, software, emulation, peripherals). Will lead or participate in new product development from beginning to end-implementation. Under supervision, performs work that is varied and that may be somewhat difficult in character, but usually involves limited responsibility. Some evaluation, originality and ingenuity are required. This position also requires a B. S. or equivalent plus 3-5 years electro-mechanical design experience.

IT Sr. JDE Developer – Moorpark, CA
Responsible for providing system development for the IT Organization towards the delivery of sound IT system(s) solutions and process improvements. To this end, the Sr. JDE Developer furnishes the function with technical development support for JDE Enterprise One (ERP) system(s). This is a hands-on position working with project teams, users, and functional analysts towards identifying, documenting processes and requirements, and system coding to solve complex business problems. BS/BA in Computer Science or related area and High-Tech/Manufacturing experience required.

Mechanical Engineers – Various CST Locations
Must be experienced in supporting high volume manufacturing operation and have adequate understanding of electro-mechanical concepts and mechanisms. Familiarity with equipment safety regulations and design standards is required. The candidate must be able to handle multiple assignments and work to aggressive schedules. This position also requires a B. S. in Mechanical Engineering. or equivalent plus 3-5 years electro-mechanical design experience.

Quality Manager – Aerospace – Moorpark, CA
This position is accountable for managing the total quality system concepts and efforts at the plant level, including C2Q and ISO 9002 registration. Manages ISO 9002 documentation, implementation and registration for the plant. Manages audit structure for system documentation to maintain ISO 9002 conformance. Manages implementation and evaluation of the C2Q continuous improvement process concepts for the plant. Manages and provides technical leadership for product testing and quality assurance for all plant products. Provides appropriate quality measures in all areas necessary to determine present levels and progress toward continuous improvement. This position requires a BS/BA in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Business Administration. Requires 10+ years experience in QA systems implementation and management in a medium-size manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace industry.

Sales & Marketing Director – Aerospace - Walnut Creek, CA
To qualify for this position you must possess the following:
· BS degree Electrical Engineer or the equivalent
· Years of Experience: 7 to 10 years experience as a sales or marketing engineer for highly specialized technical products
· Experience in the management of Marketing & Sales department. 5-7 years – Proven track record
· Experienced with Tradeshows, Advertising, & Technical Papers pertaining to industry
· Experienced with aerospace sales preferably in sensor Devices
· Experienced in the Management of Field Representatives & Regional Sales Manager

Sr. Design Engineer – Aerospace – Moorpark, CA
Candidate will work in one of our Aerospace R&D Groups and be involved with the design and development of cockpit control devices and related equipment per customer specifications. Will be part of a growing business group that expects to triple in revenue over the next several years. This position requires a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of five years experience in design and development of mechanical components and/or systems for aircraft or spacecraft.

Sr. Mechanical Inspector – Aerospace - Moorpark, CA
Inspects and tests parts, subassemblies, and processes for conformance to quality standards, using written specifications, precision measuring instruments, and hand tools. Ensures materials and products are in accordance with established tolerance levels for quality and performance and are not irregular or damaged. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. and works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Requires a high school education or equivalent. Minimum 5 years working knowledge of all inspection techniques and instruments for machined parts.

System Engineer – Aerospace - Walnut Creek, CA
This individual must be able to analyze performance of inertial/navigation systems. Provide complex modeling for improving sensor performance; characterize performance; work on product improvement and solving development problems; lead or participate in new product development from beginning to end-implementation. Requires a MS in a technical field (physics, EE, ME, CS) and 10 plus years of experience.
