Flagstar Bank is aggressively seeking a sales orient, dynamic individual to fill our Full-Time CSR, Assistant Manager and Branch Manager positions at various Atlanta Metro Area locations.
CSR:
The ideal candidate will sell and cross-sell a full range of personal banking services based on thoughtful and thorough evaluation of individual client needs; meet and/or exceed established sales goals by effectively developing customer relationships, following up on internal and external sales leads as well as utilizing banking center sales and marketing promotions.
Job Requirements:
This position requires that the employee possess a positive attitude, good customer service skills with prior retail sales experience. Strong communication and customer service skills both verbal and written required. Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement, strong interpersonal skills in a team environment a must.
Ability to be flexible with work hours required. Flagstar Bank is a 7-day a week operation with flexible hours. Employees work a non-traditional schedule including evenings and weekends. Work schedule may be adjusted temporarily from time to time to accommodate needed coverage due to vacations, holidays and illness.
Assistant Manager:
The ideal candidate will have overall responsibility for daily operations, including management of staff as well as solicit new business to Flagstar Bank. Provide sales leadership to ensure banking center growth through leading by example and regular monitoring of team sales results. Coaching and encouraging employees in the development of individual and team goals, roll-playing, selling techniques and the use of tag-on greeting will be part of day to day activities. Under the guidance of the Branch Manager, the Assistant Manager may hire, fire, review and counsel staff as well as develop staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Responsible for banking center compliance with bank policies and procedures as well as preparing for internal/external auditing. Monitors service quality levels and coaches staff to achieve appropriate levels. Responds to complex customer issues and questions.
Demonstrated application of sales management skills including conducting sales meetings, participation in deign of employee evaluation and coaching, developing promotions as well as proactive sales techniques in previous work experience required. Post high school and/or two years of previous management experience required. Strong communication and customer service skills both verbal and written required. Branch Manager:
The ideal candidate requires an energetic, motivated, sales-oriented individual to be responsible for maximizing banking center revenues, sales, customer satisfaction and employee development. The ideal candidate will be required to achieve aggressive banking center and individual sales goals, develop, manage and utilize various sales techniques, use community prospecting and involvement to grow Flagstar Bank’s deposit and customer base. Jobs duties are but are not limited to working with the Assistant Manager to develop staff members, over-see staff adherence to bank policies and procedures as well as acting as a liaison between the baking center and the other areas of the bank.
Two years of successful banking center management will a demonstrated record of achievement in sales and goal obtainment required.

Experience handling complex customer relationships, staff development and developing new business a requirement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, working in a team environment as well as working knowledge of computer applications required. Post high-school education or Bachelors degree preferred.
