Financial Services Representative

Our financial services representatives market primarily by referrals. We are supported by a marketing staff that is trained to do the back-office work, which allows representatives more time to see more clients. Our marketing firm provides new Financial Services Representatives with a comprehensive and sophisticated training program. New Financial Representatives will also benefit from a wide range of technical sales support provided by professional career associates who are leaders in the industry. MetLife’s compensation plan is commission based; however, new associates are eligible for a training allowance plus commission for those who qualify. We also provide group benefits, pension, tuition reimbursement for professional designations and conferences at worldwide locations.
