Positions Available:
Management Trainee
Brink’s U.S., a Division of Brink’s, Incorporated, is the premiere provider of armored car transportation, ATM servicing, currency and coin processing and other value added services to financial institutions, retailers and other commercial and government entities. We have a challenging opportunity for a Management Trainee. This position will require the Management Trainee to successfully complete a 14 to 16 week program before potential assignment to a specific branch in a management capacity. The ability to relocate is a requirement, with Brink’s providing relocation assistance as appropriate. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the secure, safe and efficient operation of a branch. In this position you will lead a dedicated team and you will have full P&L responsibility for the branch. This position also requires extensive coordination with other on-site operations and you will have significant contact with our customers.

Skills/Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability in:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Previous leadership experience in related field preferred
• Must be willing to work in a secure, armed environment and able to qualify for a firearms permit
• Solid work history and credit record
• Strong ethics and integrity
• Open to relocate upon completion of training
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, etc.)
