The Service Officer manages client expectations immediately upon the client's arrival to the Financial Center. Establish and maintain clear, consistent leadership and communication processes on all service matters. Be highly alert to cross-sell opportunities identified by assessing client needs and referring them to appropriate product specialists. Articulate policies/procedures to current and prospective clients. Coordinate traffic flows to promote appropriate client solutions and overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Personal Banker Associate / Personal Banker

The Personal Banker proactively sources and acquires new client relationships while deepening existing relationships. Provide full financial needs assessment solutions utilizing Citipro (financial needs analysis tool). Refer investment, mortgage, CitiBusiness and insurance business to appropriate sales specialist for sales fulfillment. Support and incorporate key bank initiatives into the sales process.
