Job Titles and Descriptions:
These positions will be based out of our Wilmington, DE office.
The Transfer Agency Senior Director will have senior-level corporate oversight across all of PFPC for all regulatory operations activities, including CIP/AML efforts, government list match analysis, transaction monitoring, wire transfer surveillance, cash and cash equivalent analysis and identification of suspicious activity. The Senior Director will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all standards and requirements established by the company and all relevant regulatory agencies. This individual will drive regulatory automation development efforts to guarantee compliance with the regulations and improve overall efficiency and client servicing capabilities.
The Senior Director will also oversee all Transfer Agent audit-related activities and processes and will be responsible for the successful resolution of identified audit and compliance issues across the line of business. The individual will also be accountable for all risk management initiatives and reporting for the Transfer Agency.
This role will also be responsible for all tax reporting efforts (including 1099, 1042, and 5498 processes) and will assist in the evolution of our Global Enterprise Platform Tax Reporting shared service application. The individual will assume senior responsibility for all Tax Administration duties and ensure compliance with all IRS regulations on behalf of the Transfer Agent Line of Business.
There is also the potential for this position to take on expanded regulatory responsibilities across PFPC. The qualifications required for this position include:
· Bachelors' Degree; Graduate degree preferred · 7-10 years of senior-level management experience; must be comfortable within a multi-level, multi-site management environment · 10-15 years of mutual fund and/or financial services industry experience · Experience within the mutual fund regulatory environment and familiarity with applicable governing legislation, programs and activities (i.e., USA PATRIOT Act, Customer Identification Programs (CIP), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), 8300 filings, Rule 38a-1, etc.) · Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and turn-around times · Effective written and verbal communication skills, including formal presentation skills · Must be comfortable with and have experience interacting with senior and executive management at client institutions · Strong decision-making ability and technical aptitude · Seasoned leader with the ability to influence parties and entities not under his/her direct control
Additional preferred skills include:
Prior experience within the Transfer Agent servicing arena, including mutual fund operations and administration experience. Risk management, audit or client service experiences a plus. Legal knowledge / background a plus. Strong PC skills; knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, Lotus Notes, etc.

Job Description PFPC is looking for a Director of Product Management.
In this position, the candidate will direct the development and execution of product strategy for the one of the most complex PFPC product lines. This position is responsible for data management strategy and unified data stores. Candidate must have experience first hand of working with data stores, building/maintaining and using data stores; layering and development product solutions with data stores. Candidate should have a strong business understanding of data stores as well as a strong technical understanding. Candidate will position the product line through continuous enhancement, customer needs-based values, added features and functions, market research, pricing and marketing support to enable PFPC to remain competitive in the data management and services marketplace.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
-Closely working with senior management to define, champion and deliver new product offerings. Guiding product introductions and product updates. Partnering with customers to gather and track feedback for product requirements and presenting feedback and product recommendations to senior management.
-Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives. Assessing market requirements, investigating new technologies, developing recommendations for technical product direction, and establishing marketing pricing plans and strategies.
-Establishing and maintaining product line reporting that supports effective measurement and management of sales, profitability, risk and growth by customer segment and market -Working with other PFPC service providers necessary to achieve service level, profitability, risk and growth objectives. Ensuring full compliance of product line design and delivery processes with all applicable regulations. Running competitive reports and analyses to support sales and business retention, as requested.
-Supporting marketing sales activities by generating training materials, marketing materials and industry presentations to promote product features, benefits and service quality.
