Job Titles and Descriptions:

Store Team Leader-
As a Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall effectiveness of your store teams, providing the leadership that will maintain guest service standards and build high team morale. Your commitment to keeping Target Stores the best in the industry will help drive sales, return on investment, guest goodwill and team member satisfaction.

Executive Team Leader-Assets Protection
Supervise, coordinate, administer and participate in all Assets Protection programs to minimize losses and protect company assets. Ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.

Executive Team Leader-
As an Executive Team Leader, you will be responsible for a specific area of store operations-Logistics, Guest Services, Hardlines, Softlines, Perishables or Human Resources. You'll help determine the overall success of your location. Your commitment to keeping Target Stores the best in the industry will help drive sales, return on investment, guest goodwill and team member satisfaction.

Executive Intern-
The objective of the Executive Internship is to give you an overview of Target Stores' operations and company programs while strengthening your leadership skills, enabling you to be an effective executive and strategic business partner for the Stores pyramid. As a Store Executive Intern, you will receive support from all areas within the store as you develop your leadership skills in our three part program: Target Fundamentals, Basic Leadership and Hands-on Special Project.
