Job Titles and Descriptions:

Software Project Manager

Lead the development and release of Unica’s flagship relationship marketing software products. Manage, monitor and coordinate regular software releases. Provide a single point of contact for releases and keep the cross-functional development team on task and target. Work with Engineering, Product Management, QA and Localization teams to ensure a smooth and seamless release of software products to the market.

Senior Software Engineer

Develop and enhance server, middle-tier, and front-end components of Unica’s flagship relationship marketing products. Must exhibit the ability to quickly learn multiple product feature areas and new technologies.

Presentation-Layer Engineer

Develop presentation-layer workflow and GUI solutions to implement the front-end of Unica’s flagship relationship marketing products. Exhibit strong technical leadership and team collaboration skills to drive effective, consistent, extensible, and reusable front-end components for all products in the relationship marketing software suite.

Senior Technical Support Engineer

Possess great customer services skills and well-rounded technical skill set in line with our product offering supported environment stacks (Operating Systems: UNIX, Windows; Databases: DB2, Oracle, SQL Server; Application Servers: BEA Weblogic, IBM WebSphere). Provide dedicated support of our more important customer base and handle standing status calls with the customer to review open incidents. Must possess proper defect replication skills.

Mid- Level/Senior Technical Writer

Design and produce clear, precise, and well-organized technical documentation for the various audiences that use our product suite. Develop documentation plans, outlines, and schedules. Perform research and task analysis to better understand target audiences and design required content. Must work both independently and in a team environment while meeting project deadlines.

Senior/Principal Technical Writer

Design and produce clear, precise, and well-organized technical documentation for the various audiences that use our product suite. Develop documentation plans, outlines, and schedules. Perform research and task analysis to better understand target audiences and design required content. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, contributing at many levels.

Software QA Engineer

Must possess a broad technical knowledge in software QE methodologies, test design and implementation. Must possess good analytical and troubleshooting skills at both the product and system level. Demonstrate understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance. Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
