Job Titles & Descriptions:

Due to our extraordinary growth, we are seeking Outside Sales Representatives to focus on new business to business account development. Cintas offers a competitive base salary plus commissions. The offer includes a secure territory, company car package, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), profit sharing, ESOP and paid vacations, sick leave and holidays. Cintas also provides a paid 13-week training program which teaches the following skills:

- In weeks 1 -5, the focus is on product training, industry knowledge, and Cintas systems and processes.
- In weeks 6 – 9, Sales Representatives are taught skills to up-sell to current customers.
- And, during weeks 10 – 13 Sales Representatives get “hands-on” experience from selling in their territory with a manager while refining the skills taught in weeks 1 – 9.

Qualified candidates MUST have previous outside sales experience along with experience generating new accounts/business and a proven history of reaching goals and closing skills.

Cintas is also seeking Sales Associates. The Sales Associate Program is a structured sales training position with little or no sales experience needed. Selected individuals will support and improve the performance of Sales Representatives while gaining the skills and experience necessary to sell all the products and services Cintas has to offer. Cintas provides a thorough training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.

This is a hands-on learning program that provides an entrance into a professional sales career. Candidates should have an excellent work ethic, proven leadership skills and a record of achievement.
