Responsiblities
Marketing and sale of Metlife Products
Meeting the service needs of customers/policyholders Appropriateness of all products sold to customers.
Preparing business plans establishing goals and plans/activities for achieving those goals.
Preparing individual marketing plan.
Performing prospecting activities to acquire new clients.
Conducting needs analysis to determine clients’ financial and insurance needs Designing an insurance program for the client.
Making sales presentations.
Providing front line underwriting services for the Company.
Attending Agency/Unit sales meetings and required training sessions.
Maintaining contact with policyholders.
Meet activity standards.
Participate in individual sales planning conferences.
Establishing relationships with customers to service their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Required Competencies
Licenses necessary to sell MetLife products and services.
NASD registration (Series 6; Series 63 where required by state).
