Job Titles and Descriptions:

Financial Associate:

As a Financial Associate you will provide products and services including: annuities, insurance, investment products, and specialized financial analysis. You will manage your own schedule, enjoy high income potential, receive a competitive benefits package, thorough training, established client base, and a financing program. Requirements: obtain licenses Series 7, Series 66, and insurance with the support of Thrivent Financial.

Regional Management Associate (RMA):

As a RMA you will support new Financial Assoicates and mentor them throughout the first 8-12 months of their career at Thrivent. Requirements: licensed with the Series 7 and Series 66
