Job Titles and Descriptions:
Center Managers:
The Center Manager (CM) position is a full time position with an average of 48 hours per week. The CM must establish and maintain excellent customer service with every existing and potential customer. Work involves but is not limited to: overseeing operation of the center, ensuring maximized sales and profitability, center security and safety, inventory control, meeting monthly and yearly Contribution To Plan (CTP) goals, and expense control.
Service Associates:
The Service Associate (SA) provides excellent customer service to individuals needing ACE's financial services. Work involves but is not limited to: check cashing, balancing monies, reporting daily transactions, following security procedures, and performing other financial services needed.
District Managers:
District Managers (DM's)provide Multi-Unit responsibilities, leading their own team, managing their own district with over a dozen business centers, while growing sales. We are seeking self-motivated, goal-oriented progressive leaders with high integrity and a desire to lead and develop others. Multi-unit management experience is required. College degree and bilingual skills are valued.
