Carrier Corporation, the world’s largest manufacturing of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, has exciting opportunities in both our Carrollton, TX and Tyler, TX locations.
Tyler, TX ~ Opportunities:
Manufacturing Production Supervisor (1st/2nd shift) ~ Planning work & scheduling human resource needs to support production schedules. Establish physical layout of machinery and most efficient sequence of operations & workflow.
Industrial Engineer ~ Work with production to increase efficiency by using work measurement techniques such as MOST. Improve safety metrics by conducting ergonomic studies.
Materials Analyst ~ Responsible for distribution and logistics, in-process inventory control, warehouse management, and scheduling and forecasting.
Cost Accountant (Supervisor) ~ Maintain standard cost MS Access database, lead standard cost roll process, prepare CHESS bill of materials, and coordinate annual physical inventory process.
Cost Accountant (Supervisor) ~ Lead a project team within the accounting group. Lead standard cost roll process, prepare CHESS bill of material, and manage scrap and factory ship order (FSO) process, maintenance of monthly journal entries.
Sr. Analyst Accounting (SOX Coordinator) ~ Responsible for general accounting, AP and AR, materials cost reduction, tracking & analysis, plan forecasting, SOX administration and testing experience.
Financial Planning Analysis (Accountant) ~ Responsible for financial & cost analysis, monthly & annual forecasting, budgeting, capital project support.
ACE Coordinator ~ Manage continuous improvement activities using 6S, Process Certification, QCPC, TMP, Kaizen, Standard Work, Set-Up Reduction. Drive measurable improvements in quality, productivity and product flow.
Sr. Project Engineer ~ Design projects in support of the factory, lead cost reduction projects, guide new product introductions, develop solutions for field issues.
Carrollton, TX ~ Opportunities:
Industrial Engineer ~ Responsible for costing of the products, and validation of all cost, conducting time studies. Involvement in the Product Change Authorization Process (PCA), work with production to increase efficiency by using work measurement techniques such as MOST.
Manufacturing Production Supervisor (2nd shift) ~ Planning work & scheduling human resource needs to support production schedules. Establish physical layout of machinery and most efficient sequence of operations & workflow.
Sr. Financial Analyst ~ Responsible for general accounting, general ledger, AP/ AR, and timekeeping.
