During the early years of a career with Spectrum Financial Group, responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Identify one or more target markets
• Develop Market Development and General Marketing Plans
• Complete a rigorous multi-year training curriculum
• Prospect, Network and Seek Referrals
• Schedule and keep appointments
• Complete Fact Finders - gather important information about finances, hopes, and dreams
• Open Cases and develop solutions
• Close Business
• Provide superior customer service
• Build lasting long term relationships
• Follow the proven and prescribed approach, routines, and business practices until such time as consistent success is achieved and experience and know how are clearly established
• Maintain effective and detailed records of prospecting, networking, and sales activity including personal information about prospects and clients
• Make solo sales calls as well as joint calls with Sales Managers and a wide variety of Product Specialists

Requirements:
• College Degree Preferred - Accounting and Finance course work and or degree are NOT a requirement
• Familiarity with the Dallas/Ft. Worth and North Central Texas Community is important and therefore an established network in the area provides a significant advantage
• Permanent Residency Status is a requirement
• A third party background check is a requirement and includes full disclosure of both financial and criminal records
• In order to receive and share in commissions and fees an individual must be properly licensed. Although they are not a requirement for employment, once hired a Financial Advisors must secure the necessary Licenses:
o State of Texas Group I Insurance (Life and Health);
o 2 different Securities Licenses (Ideally 7 and 66 however 6 and 63 are acceptable)
