Position: Group Manager (Brewing, Operations and Quality Assurance)
BASIC REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering discipline (e.g. Quality Assurance/Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology. Brewing/ Fermentation Science, Food Science,Human Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, and Business Majors. Operations/Various engineering disciplines, and Business Majors).
All other degree curriculums considered.

- Leadership skills, a comfort level with change, and the ability to lead change is essential and critical to this position
- Ability to cross-functionally move between departments, divisions, and subsidiaries
- Flexibility and availability to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the safe, timely and cost effective execution of maintenance activities in a fast paced environment working with planners, technicians and customers.
- Supervise production workforce (brewers and maintenance technicians)
- Monitor all critical control points to ensure consistency and the quality of all products
- Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance work
- Develop and monitor critical control points, beer movement and production plans to maintain quality and accomplish current and future schedules
- Enforce Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), safe working practices, department policies and maintain records

Position: Engineer - Electrical
Requirements/Competencies
• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong technical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in packaging control systems and PLC's required
• Leadership skills, a comfort level with change, and the ability to lead change.
• Positive communication skills.
• Ability to work with peers and management while providing direction and technical leadership to others.
• Position requires some travel; willing to travel to any of the 12 domestic breweries.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, overtime and weekends.
• Willing to transfer to ANY of the Anheuser-Busch 12 (US) Breweries.
Primary Responsibilities
• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for ABI packaging equipment.
• Direct final efforts of control systems including PLC's and HMI programming
• Work with suppliers to resolve issues, improve support and enhance process throughput and equipment reliability.
• Provide for timely technical communication with department, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor all critical control points to ensure consistency and the quality of all products.
• Develop scoping, appropriation, and execution of A-BI sundry projects related to Process Improvement.
