TeleRep, Inc. has an immediate opening for Entry Level Sales Assistants. This position is responsible for providing assistance for sales reps and work directly with our Television Stations in National Sales. TeleRep, Inc. is the leading Television Representative firm in the United States, and is a division of privately owned Cox Enterprises.

Job Titles and Descriptions:

Primary function:
• Responsible for providing administrative support • To assist sales reps on a Team in coordinating the input of orders, follow up, and clear up billing discrepancies.
• Posting schedules using Neilson overnight numbers for the Sales Reps.
• Assists with other departmental projects as requested by Manager • Performs general office duties
