OFFICE SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively process a high volume of incoming and outgoing US and other priority mail.
• Efficiently process a high volume of incoming and outgoing fax according to instructions.
• Accurately complete a high volume of copy jobs according to job ticket instructions.
• Efficiently set-up conference rooms including audio/visual equipment, food and beverages as needed.
• Communicate on a timely basis with clients and managers on job or deadline issues.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
• Perform quality check on jobs completed.
• Back-up reception when needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.

LEGAL WORD PROCESSOR

Job Responsibilities:

• The ability to transcribe tapes, scan and clean documents, as well as convert documents to/from different software packages is required.
• You will process legal documents to specifications, as well as financial statements, proposals, presentations, letters, schedules, labels and tabs.
• Job Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in a legal document production / word processing environment is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Word, including formatting documents, understanding the Styles function, and the ability to create macros is required.
• A typing speed of 50 wpm is also required.
• Knowledge of a timekeeping or job tracking system is also highly desirable.
• Previous legal experience and knowledge of Soft Solutions is helpful.

PRESENTATION SPECIALIST

Job Description: We are seeking a flexible and independent MSOffice expert to handle pitch book and presentation production. Exceptional PowerPoint and Word knowledge required.

Job Responsibilities

• The proper, self disciplined, individual will work alone or as a team to create, produce and deliver a superior product.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Should expect to work overtime (including weekends).

Job Requirements:

• Investment banking experience desired.
• Position requires a minimum of (2) years experience in MSOffice. An advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Word is mandatory.
• Some knowledge of Pagemaker, Quark and Illustrator desired.
• Experience in an investment bank, or similar environment is a definite plus.
• Candidate must be a detail oriented team player with excellent customer service skills.
