Corporate Account Executive II

Make every day a blue ribbon day with Cingular. Your advanced business sales skills will build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with clients. You’ll be growing new business, proactively seeking opportunities, and reaching out to potential clients.

Your responsibilities include setting and meeting sales goals, planning and managing accounts, and securing new business, as well as retaining previous accounts. You’ll generate and follow-up on leads in a defined geographic territory.

Come and join us if you possess business savvy and have the ability to provide strategic direction and leadership for multiple retail stores and kiosks within an assigned area and to help maintain the company position as the Premier Quality Provider of convenience communication services.

Here is your opportunity to be involved in hiring, developing and motivating management staff in an assigned area. Conduct regular visits to store locations and to ensure appropriate business operation. Set goals and perform development and performance evaluations of store/kiosks managers. Ensure that there are efficient vehicles in retail/kiosk locations for providing high quality sales and consistent service to our customers.

Use your dynamic people skills to ensure efficient, courteous handling of customer sales and service problem resolution, accessory sales, technical troubleshooting and bill payments. Effectively manage profit/loss responsibility for store/kiosks in assigned area. Ensure that area retail stores/kiosks are staffed appropriately and meet sales performance and profitability criteria.

Our success depends on your ability to resolved customer concerns requiring higher level management attention and your ability to collaborate with peers to ensure national consistency throughout operations and to identify growth opportunities within assigned area utilizing site selection criteria and oversee the store build-out process. Provide leadership and direction on the transition and/or launch of new Cingular markets and ensures that all staff is receiving proper training to consistently and appropriately serve customers.
