We're a women-owned boutique staffing firm in Midtown Manhattan specializing in administrative support placement. We work with some of New York's most prestigious companies in a variety of industries, including finance, real estate, and creative companies. Our firm has both a temporary and permanent division, and we work directly with both the candidates and clients to ensure the best possible placements.
Job Titles and Descriptions:
We have open positions as: Administrative Assistants, Executive Assistants, Receptionists, HR Assistants, Legal Secretaries.
Requirements for each position include:
-Profiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite
-Experience as a receptionist, administrative or executive assistant
-Polished, professional demeanor
-Corporate experience is preferred
