Job Titles and Descriptions:

Sales Associate - As a member of the sales team you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintenance of the store and fitting rooms, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and assist customers on merchandise inquiry and sales.

Store Management - As a member of our Management Team you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales volume, adhering to Talbots visual presentation standards and maximizing profits by controlling expenses and protecting company assets. Additionally you will maximize associate growth potential through training and motivation.
