• Exclusive Agent
As an Exclusive Agent, you’ll be operating your business as an independent contractor. By running your own insurance agency, you’ll have great control over your career and income potential. And while you work for yourself, you’re never alone, because the strength of the Allstate name will be behind you. Interested?
Once you’ve met our qualifications, you can become an Exclusive Agent with the assistance of Allstate.
As an Exclusive Agent, you’ll participate in the Allstate Education Program. The education spans the first year of your affiliation with Allstate and consists of regional classroom education, web-conferencing and online learning opportunities, as well as education at our National Sales Education Center (NSEC). The program provides you with information and strategies designed to launch and support you as an Allstate Exclusive Agent.
• Personal Financial Representative
Our Personal Financial Representatives cultivate relationships with 5-7 of our Exclusive Agents to protect our customers today, and prepare them for tomorrow. There is a 3 week process to learn about product knowledge and Agent Partnerships. You will be receiving an education bonus after completion of your education. Current Life and Health and Series 6 licenses, 3 years financial services and a successful track record in Life Insurance are required.
• Licensed Sales Professional
Our Exclusive Agents are looking for Licensed Sales Professionals in our database of resumes. You will need to be willing to become Property and Casualty licensed and complete an education program. When you join the Agency team, you’ll have the chance to:

Agencies are independent contractors that represent Allstate. As an agency Licensed Sales Professional you will be an employee of the agency and not Allstate.
