Customer Satisfaction Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced, team oriented, motivated Customer Satisfaction Technician 2 to perform the following duties:

• Perform installation and troubleshooting for modem/data, modem/digital phone and cable/video converter
• Perform troubleshooting for in-home/building wiring
• Perform wire maintenance in both homerun and loop-wiredconfigurations

Qualifications include:

· Capable of demonstrating expertise in installation and troubleshooting of modem/data, modem/digital phone and cable/video converter problems
· Capable of demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting in-home/building wiring
· Capable of demonstrating expertise in maintenance of homerun and loop-wired configurations
· Must have valid Illinois driver's license
