Job Titles and Descriptions:
The CLPA role provides the opportunity to assist clients in the CLPA's portfolio by managing and servicing cash flow and asset-based loans to corporate and middle-market customers across diverse industries including: media, telecom, energy, transportation, manufacturing and distribution. CLPA's build, develop and maintain client relationships with corporate borrowers and portfolio account managers. They also create improvements in loan servicing through the collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation of portfolio data. Additionally, there are opportunities to participate in business projects.
Essential Responsibilities
*Keep knowledge current on portfolio, clients, loan accounting, operational procedures, systems and controls.
*Ensure timely, accurate, and complete reconciliation of all accounts (e.g. credit limits, contractual pricing, accruals, borrowing bases, etc.).
*Gather and drive prompt closure/settlement of all production metrics (i.e. fees, principal, expense reimbursements, loan terminations) including researching and identifying root causes.
*Minimize organization risk by leveraging operational controls, identifying suspicious/inconsistent activity, notifying appropriate parties and taking appropriate action.
*Own/drive loan terminations, securing internal/external parties' understanding, compliance and completion.
*Monitor/report on various statistics (metrics) including past due receivables (e.g., fees, principal, expense reimbursements).
*Own/drive data integrity and completeness for assigned portfolio and ensure system reflects transactional history.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics with academic or work experience in accounting, finance or operations within banking or financial services, (or high school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience).

Credit Administrator
Serving as main point of contact on Commercial Loans, partnering with the business segments to oversee timely and accurate set up and processing of commercial loan transactions (pre-close advisement, initial funding, terminations and all other transaction modifications) according to credit agreement terms and operational procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Serve as point of contact for Account Managers on all matters relating to operational servicing.
*Serve as main customer contact - take actions to maximize customer satisfaction, resolve problems and prevent issues.
*Own set-up for customer/deal related information including: documentation and communication of commercial loan initial funding, amendments, restructurings, acquisitions/ sales and terminations according to credit agreements, system parameters, regulatory requirements and ops procedures.
*Manage transition (processing handoff) to loan servicing and collateral monitoring teams upon initial funding completion.
*Execute customer accounting related activities including: reconciliation's, manual journal entries, etc. Conduct processing of non-earning assets and write-offs.
*Drive business segment
understanding/adherence to policies/procedures during closing process. Provide related business segment communication/ops systems training.
*Minimize organizational risk by leveraging operational controls, identifying suspicious/inconsistent activity, notifying appropriate parties and taking appropriate action.
*Keep knowledge current on portfolio, accounting, regulatory changes, operational policies, procedures, controls and systems.
*Serve as back up for other Credit Administrators.
*Contribute to organizational projects/improvement initiatives.
*Maintain impeccable data integrity and historical accuracy.
Qualifications
*Bachelors degree, and 1 year experience in financial or legal environment (or High School diploma/GED and 5 years of experience).
*You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
