For eight years Women For Hire career expos have met the local and regional diversity recruiting needs of top employers. There are however many companies that don’t have a need to recruit through our events in the 10 cities we serve, but would welcome an affiliation with us. Others participate in our events and would also welcome a meaningful way to connect with a national audience year round to expand on their presence during our Spring and Fall seasons.
It is for these reasons that we’ve created an all-new cost-effective program to offer leading employers an annual affiliation with Women For Hire to stay top of mind among entry and mid-level professional women nationwide. This exceptional advertising and sponsorship package is designed to build awareness of top employers while demonstrating their commitment to recruiting and retaining diverse women nationwide.
As the official Workplace Contributor on ABC's Good Morning America and a speaker to corporate and conference groups nationwide, Women For Hire CEO Tory Johnson is in a unique position each week to reach both active jobseekers as well as hard-to-reach passive professionals. That outreach, plus our partnerships with professional and campus groups throughout the country, enables Women For Hire – specifically our brand, our website, and our magazine – to connect with that diverse group and to help you do the same.
This all-inclusive program covers print and online exposure among those key constituents:
| Online Editorial Content: We’ll promote up to 500 words on WomenForHire.com showcasing your women-friendly benefits and culture, plus an additional 500-word piece profiling the executive or employee of your choice. You'll have the option of updating this content four times a year. Profile and photo will be featured on our homepage for two weeks of your choice as the featured sponsor during 2008. This valuable editorial content may feature a senior executive to showcase leadership and advancement or an entry level hire to focus on launching a career with you. Each month our site generates more than 250,000 impressions. |
| Online Audio: To enhance the text component, we'll include a short audio clip -- under 2 minutes -- with the executive of your choice touting your company as a great place for women. We handle the recording and production, which only requires a short telephone conversation with your executive at a mutually-convenient time. |
| Enewsletters: We'll include content from your featured online profile as a highlight in emails to our national database twice a year, at your time of choice, touting your company and your association with Women For Hire. Each email reaches over 250,000 professional women nationwide. |
| Magazine: Your full page color advertisement included in the summer and fall 2008 editions of Women For Hire's career-focused professional magazine. More than 50,000 copies of each issue are distributed to Women For Hire expo attendees, via mail to subscribers nationwide, and to hundreds of professional and campus partners. With pass-along readership, each issue reaches 150,000 women. |
Total Reach: With this annual package, you'll reach more than 1 million unique visitors online, which includes both passive and active professional jobseekers. Your print reach is more than 150,000 women twice a year.
Fee: The total fee for participation for the full year of online, magazine and newsletter promotion is only $5,950. This is an extraordinary amount of high-profile exposure that will impact our audience for a very low annual cost.
