I’m the person to call when you "want things to be different!” I’m known as a “Workplace Culture Expert” and also a “ReInvention Expert." Whether it’s your life or your workplace … I’m here to assist in making it different. If you are already fulfillied, you wouldn’t be calling. I take your invitation to heart and truly want to reach out and help you get results.

I’ve been speaking and coaching executives for 10+ years, in many different industries and I’m asked back consistently. I blend my speaking and coaching skills with my psychotherapy heart, add a little compassion and a twist of humor, which all adds up to the perfect recipe to make your conference or corporate training memorable.

I’m a social worker, a former college professor, a professional speaker, a certified coach, an author…. Yada, yada, yada … oh, AND a Mother, former wife AND a baby boomer adventurer. I’ve reinvented myself and hope to inspire you to do the same.

I’m a professional member of the National Speaker’s Association, a certified coach through the International Coach Federation.

In 1997, I founded Humor University.... and committed my life to bringing fun and humor to the workplace. Our byline is:

When I was a psychotherapist, many of my clients came to me because they were miserable about work. I vowed that I would do what I could to end their dreaded misery, started Humor U. My quest (like Don Quixote) was to eradicate terminal seriousness from the world of work and to transform workplaces … one company at a time. I’m still questing.My focus now is to Create Magnificent Cultures at Work ... so that people LOVE going to work.

My Keynotes and my corporate trainings are a blast. We have toys and candy on the tables, music for dancing and oh, yes, I can do Power Point and make some outstanding suggestions as well. People leave feeling supported, enlivened and motivated to return to their desks with spirit and enthusiasm.

I’ve since spread my work to enlivening the entire Baby Boomer population .. by taking my sense of humor and my sense of adventure to this generation. I’m helping boomers ReInvent themselves for the next phase of life. To that end, I speak about taking risks and (finally) doing what you’ve always wanted to do.
