About

Joy Chudacoff founded Smart Women Smart Solutions with one purpose: To help women everywhere create extraordinary lives—both at work and at home. Joy is a Certified Professional Coach, Motivational Speaker, Highly skilled Group Leader, Business Consultant, and the author of Reflections, a “buzz generating” weekly ezine designed to enrich women’s lives. Helping women realize their dreams and achieve better ways of living is her passion, her purpose, and her business.

As a wife and mother of two, she “gets” that there is more to life than one's career. Like many women who are drawn to entrepreneurship, Joy inhabits a world that requires balancing business with home life. In the midst of this busyness, she manages to find time to take care of herself (most days, anyway!). Having at least semi-mastered juggling all the facets of her life, Joy now works with women one-to-one (coaching) and in groups (Success Circles) to help them define success on their own terms, identify outlets for their creativity, develop businesses, and manage careers that are anchored in their most important values.

Joy earned her business degree from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. Prior to launching Smart Women Smart Solutions, she founded and ran Future Medical, a Los Angeles based equipment leasing company and Wellness Marketing, an international nutritional products marketing firm. Joy received her coaching certification from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and trained as a circle facilitator at Peer Spirit on Whidbey Island, Washington. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation.

Joy resides in Pacific Palisades, California, with her husband, Greg, and their two children. In addition to Smart Women Smart Solutions and taking care of her busy family, she enjoys running, meditation, reading, volunteering at her children's schools, and learning something new every day from other smart women.

Assets

Working with women to help them realize their business and personal goals along with better ways of living is a great passion for me. I’ve been an entrepreneur for 2 decades, successfully creating a company that became international, I’m a wife and mother, so I understand what it’s like to be a woman who has a desire to own a successful business and create a nurturing, quality relationship with my family. My services to women provide the support that they need to accomplish their biggest vision for themselves. My company, SWSS offers Women’s Success Circles to harness the collective potential of women. Women come together to share insights, set goals, engage in their own creativity. I offer Individual Coaching as well, either in person in Los Angeles or by phone. I have created a series of teleseminars that work for women who cannot leave the office or home to give them the support they need to move to the next level. I offer several motivational speaking topics that I am very passionate about. These topics were crafted from my own experiences in the world and they are full of information to support women in their journey.
