Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor, recognized as a Master Career Counselor through the National Career Development Association, and a Distance Credentialed Counselor, which certifies training in the use of counseling methods via phone and internet. Rachel is also qualified in administering personality assessments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and career testing such as the Strong Interest Inventory. Beyond her credentials, Rachel's ability to genuinely care while never losing sight of the big picture makes her an excellent coach for anyone wishing to discover their talents and abilities and increase personal fulfillment.

Rachel has over 11 years experience in counseling/coaching, human resources and training. She has worked with professionals from all stages in career/life transition including international clients while living overseas. As a manager of a university alumni career services program, Rachel has also worked with clients and employers from all industries and has extensive knowledge of careers, industries, and employer needs.
