About
Ms. Singleton has completed all course requirements for her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology. Her dissertation study examines the motivational strategies for learning utilized by economically disadvantaged learners within a community college environment. Ms. Singleton has a Master of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems.Her entrepreneurial background includes offering business consulting services to both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, which has given her a broad spectrum of experience in scientific organizational assessment, strategic planning, leadership development, grant writing, seminar facilitation and keynote speaking.
Ms. Singleton’s work experience includes providing performance management programs to corporate executives and their management staffs such as coaching, team effectiveness, conflict resolution interventions, and progressive discipline strategies.
With over ten years experience in adult vocational/soft skills teaching, and curriculum development, Ms. Singleton has designed, facilitated and evaluated numerous leadership and computer application training courses. In addition, she enjoys providing personal growth seminars that specialize in self assessment goal setting and relationships building.

Ms. Singleton has many years experience as a facilitator and believes that one of the best ways to engage audiences is by allowing them to participate in their learning experience. She asks questions, encourages group activities when necessary, provides thought provoking stories and motivates people to sharpen their leadership skills using various activities. She has spoken to audiences that range in size and composition including corporate settings, women’s and religious groups, nonprofit organizations, one-on-one coaching sessions, and large groups. Her topics range from leadership development to self-development. Her personality reflects one of humor, honesty and empathy.
