Positions Available:
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions in our Kennesaw & Tucker, Georgia Call Center:
• Collector I-Kennesaw
• Customer Service Rep I-Kennesaw
• Customer Marketing Advisor-Kennesaw
• Fraud Analyst I-(Kennesaw & Tucker)
• Fraud Analyst II-(Kennesaw & Tucker)
Required skills include:
Must convey a professional, courteous, and positive attitude when dealing with customers.
Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment.
Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to consistently apply sound business judgment
As a Customer Advocate, you will manage a wide variety of Customer inquiries. You will use strong problem-solving skills and quick, effective decision-making to resolve complex questions, as well as cross-selling of related products. You will gain an extensive knowledge of corporate banking as you work toward the achievement of monthly individual and department goals.
