This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your sales experience! We are seeking a strong Business Development individual who will be responsible for securing new business on the residential side by identifying and developing relationships with developers and property management companies in the areas where we provide service. Customer Care Agent
This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your customer service experience in a busy environment to assist customers in interpreting their account statements, resolve billing issues, escalate complex issues as appropriate in a prompt and professional manner. Direct Sales Representatives

Senior Sales Trainer

Looking for an individual with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. This individual is responsible for providing sale skills training to help direct the sales team in achieving their individual and team goals. This individual will work closely with management to create and implement job aides and training materials.

Qualifications include 2-5 years previous training experience, advanced knowledge of sales, retention, and up-selling techniques. Superior high-energy presentation skills are a must.

Warehouse Person

RCN has an immediate need for a Warehouse Person.
This position will report to a Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse person is responsible to stage Customer Premise Equipment and materials for the Customer Service Technicians and Installation Contractors. You will also be responsible to test any faulty Customer Premise Equipment and maintain technician and contractor buffer accounts. You will also be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager. Location is 2640 W. Bradley Place Chicago, IL
Requirements:
-Basic Computer Skills
-Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets a plus
-Possess the aptitude to learn ICOMS billing and inventory control software
-Possess the aptitude to learn staging and troubleshooting procedures for Customer Premise Equipment
-Able to lift 40 lbs above the shoulders
-Able to climb ladders to handle small parcels of equipment weighing less than 20 lbs
-Able to work days, nights and/or weekends
-Valid Illinois driver's license

Fork Lift Certification is helpful.
