Requirement Description
Bachelor's Degree in engineering
Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation
Technical and problem-solving skills
Leadership skills, comfort level with change, and the ability to lead change Ability to work in and relocate to different locations, departments and divisions of the Anheuser-Busch Companies
Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays

Responsibility Description
Supervise production line operators and maintenance technicians
Develop, monitor, and maintain critical control points to ensure excellent process and product quality
Coach operators and maintenance technicians through troubleshooting and monitoring of operating processes and equipment
Develop and monitor production plans and schedule and coordinate maintenance to meet schedules
Ensure Standard operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed
Lead process improvement and initiate change
Enforce and promote safe working practices
