Positions Available:
Executive Team Leaders
Focus your efforts in a specific area of store operations, including Guest Services, Human Resources, Sales Floor, Logistics, Assets Protection or Food and watch how your one area of expertise can affect the success of the entire store. Executive Team Leaders make sure that guests get a top-quality Target shopping experience with every visit; at the same time, all team members at the store will strive to consistently improve their performance, inspired by your example.
Store Team Leaders
The quality and productivity of every aspect of your Target store is in your hands, as you direct all merchandising, operational and human resources functions at your location. Store Team Leaders are responsible for maximizing profits, sales, guest goodwill and more; at the same time, the satisfaction and job growth of the store team members depends on your strong, consistent leadership.
District Team Leaders
Collaborate with store leadership in merchandising, operations and human resources as you guide 10 to 12 Target stores to maximum profitability, consistent performance, and exceptional guest and team member satisfaction. District Team Leaders are responsible for maintaining retail environments that generate more than $250 million in sales; you’ll also be the person who motivates and inspires entire store teams to deliver high performance and reliable “Fast, Fun and Friendly” service.
