Positions Available:

We are primarily recruiting for our Transfer Agency Associates in Customer Service.
The Transfer Agent Associate is responsible for analyzing and responding to client inquiries, processing transactions and meeting team goals of quality, accuracy and productivity.

Specific duties include:
-Provide excellent customer service on a variety of telephone inquiries in a fast- paced, team-oriented call center environment.
-Research inquiries and provide appropriate feedback including company policies, IRS regulations and compliance requirements.
-Review, prepare, input and verify customer requests through the use of multiple computer applications while monitoring all time-sensitive monetary transactions.
-Discuss company fund information, current market conditions and industry regulations with clients.
-Learn and apply department policies, procedures and requirements.

Requirements:
-Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
-Ability to type 30 words per minute and perform data entry accurately.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Financial Advisors, clients and colleagues at all levels.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail sufficient to respond to high call volumes that require quick analytical and supportive responses.
-Ability to retain information and utilize critical thinking skills.
-Ability to balance multiple work assignments and adapt to a changing work environment.
-Ability to follow instructions and adhere to schedules.
-Ability to work overtime and alter work schedule based on work volumes and business needs.
