I believe that the more you know about your motivators, personal drives and values, the easier it is to find opportunities that will truly inspire you to perform. There always will be “naysayers” who present negative outlooks about the economy or prospects for the future. YOU have a choice of how YOU respond and react as it relates to YOUR life. The best analogy I can think of is a chameleon – chameleons are skilled at changing themselves to adapt to their environment. You can do it too – the trick is to do it while staying true to your personal goals and values. As my client, you can expect an honest, responsive coach who offers feedback, plus a safe space to ask the difficult questions and explore new possibilities. I look at my resume before and after and the difference is startling. It's more professional and I couldn't have done it without your guidance.”
“Colette was enjoyable to work with. So often facilitators are not well spoken and cannot keep the group going. Colette was both well spoken, kept the group going and interacted well with the group.”
“Colette was clear in her instructions and explanations but never tried to dominate the discussion as some facilitators do.”
“Colette was clearly an expert and a professional.”
